Amber E. Senter
Chief Executive Officer
Amber E. Senter has twenty years of marketing and project management experience. She is founder and CEO of Leisure Life, a lifestyle and infused cannabis products company, and heads product development and marketing for the brand. She is also co-founder and Executive Director of Supernova Women. Formed in 2015, this organization is dedicated to empowering people of color to become self-sufficient cannabis industry shareholders. Senter is a US Coast Guard Veteran and has held many leadership roles in the cannabis industry. As the former Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Magnolia Wellness, her primary responsibility was to create and implement procedures to improve sales and increase profitability. While at Magnolia Senter obtained Oakland’s only onsite consumption permit for the dispensary. Her voice is trusted in the growing cannabis industry, as is her unsurpassed knowledge of the end medical and recreational user base. Senter is a sought after coach and mentor, and a role model for new marijuana business entrepreneurs.
Chief Financial Officer
Cesar has been an entrepreneur and investor in small businesses throughout most of his career. He co-founded Bay Street Research, a competitive intelligence primary research firm, in 2003. In 2013, Cesar dived into retail, opening the Bay Area’s first micro-creamery. In 2015, he made his first investment into the medical cannabis industry.
Subsequent to the investment, Cesar was brought on as interim CFO and advisor. With sell-through data in hand and through participation in industry events and vendor meetings, the opportunities to invest in this explosive market has never been more apparent.
Cesar graduated from Dartmouth College in 1995, earning his CFA designation shortly thereafter, and graduated from the UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business in 2001. Cesar resides in Oakland with his wife and daughter.
